See the “things” around me -"Valerie’s coaching enabled me to see the
“things” around me that were not necessary to do my job and might just
be cluttering my workspace as well as my ability to think more clearly
because of less ‘stuff’ around me. By removing some of this ‘stuff’ it
cleared the ‘air’ so to speak. Plus it is just easier and more
efficient to work at a desk or in a cube that is not cluttered.
Valerie’s coaching has brought my attention to a higher level of
awareness to just work efficiently and to help me be calmer and have a
feeling on being ‘on top of things’ that I’m responsible for and to
‘let go’ of the things I are not my responsibility. The suggestion to
keep a notebook/calendar of things “to do” has also been a tremendous
help to track “to do” items and provided a wonderful feeling of
